As an EMEA Field Operations Manager, you will lead key business initiatives and projects to support our EMEA Sales and Customer Success Teams. You will be the owner of critical productivity-driving initiative from idea to execution. You will work shoulder to shoulder with our EMEA Field executives as an influencer of key decisions and driver of critical actions. A day in the life of a Manager, Field Ops EMEA at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Operationalize new teams, processes, and key initiatives that support our EMEA Field organization
  • Orchestrate the EMEA Planning Process which encompasses go-to-market strategy, country expansion thesis, resource planning, and sales territory and quota assignment
  • Drive complex projects from identification, execution, through to completion; define, track and manage project expectations and metrics
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to prove/disprove business improvement hypotheses and drive decisions
  • Finding broken processes – selling the need to fix to key stakeholders, designing a new process, and ultimately leading implementation
  • Support and/or lead creation of critical thought work and materials

  • Organized, responsive, and relentless with follow-ups
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing major cross-functional projects

  • Sales strategy consulting, operations, and/or analytics experience
