We have the opportunity for an experienced hands-on Marketing Manager to join the award-winning Laundrapp team and head up the marketing function for the business. This is your chance to cut your teeth working with one of Europe’s leading startups and define the marketing strategy and marketing awareness for the company.

As part of the Management Team and leading the Laundrapp Growth / Marketing team, you’ll be the creative and analytical mind behind our future growth initiatives across the business. You’ll be experienced in managing small teams, developing and executing a marketing plan for rapidly growing business.

As a Marketing Manager you’ll be bubbling with creative ideas mixed with first class communication and planning skills effectively communicating these across the wider business. We’re looking for people ready to work hard, challenge and lead a team in one of Europe’s fastest growing startups.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the Growth Marketing Team consisting of User Acquisition, Creative Production, Social Media Management.
• Develop and own the marketing plan / strategy for the business.
• Get under the skin of our customers, using consumer insight to better target quality users through our various marketing activities.
• Conduct focus test groups and deliver this insight into the product group to improve the current app / web experience.
• Own the monthly activity plan and report activity and CPA metrics to the overall business.
• Manage external agencies where applicable.
• Own the overall marketing budget and allocate based on CPA performance metrics.
• Work with the existing marketing team to lead / implement all marketing activity across the business across all awareness, conversion and retention activities.
• Work alongside the wider Laundrapp team to deliver general marketing assistance to the entire company.
• Work alongside the Product / Tech teams to ensure we’re maximising all in-app growth opportunities.
• Own all Growth Marketing KPIs and report back results to the business.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years marketing / digital marketing experience.
• 5+ years developing and managing marketing teams.
• A proven track record of planning / implementing marketing plans for consumer led businesses.
• Experience across the full suite of user acquisition channels.
• A genuine passion for marketing and exemplary communication skills.
• Creative, passionate and entrepreneurial approach to driving growth.
• A genuine desire to lead and inspire others in a startup environment.
• A zero bullshit, results driven approach, be ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
