Marketing Manager (DACH-PL)

Job description

Selligent Marketing Cloud is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for developing the regional demand generation marketing strategy and delivering campaigns to support lead and revenue targets for sales in the DACH region. This role offers an opportunity to become a key player in growing our business across Northern Europe.  

Key objectives include creating awareness of and education about Selligent’ s offering, establishing and managing lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified leads through field marketing approaches.

The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative – identifying new and inventive ways to generate qualified leads for the sales team while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of each campaign. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Northern Europe.

In this role, you will...

  • Create the demand generation marketing strategy to drive qualified leads for sales team. Marketing strategy to include:
    • Value proposition framework – by target audience / pain point
    • Execute campaigns based on the strategy and track/measure campaign performance against set goals.
    • Campaigns to include digital/online, email, events, direct mail, and any others to help drive inbound leads.
  • Work closely with sales team to understand how marketing can best support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with product marketing, client marketing, online, design to fully understand and support Selligent’s strategy
  • Ownership of DACH Marketing Budget

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

  • A strong background in demand generation and marketing business solutions; software/SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment required
  • Strong organisational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High energy, team player with the desire to learn and grow

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3.5+ years B2B marketing management experience
  • Strong Salesforce and marketing automation experience
  • Comfort working in highly flexible, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven success working in cross functional teams
  • Strong ability to establish priorities and make decisions
  • Strong project planning and management skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills
  • Some travel required (less than 20%)
  • Proficient/Fluent in local language and English
