Marketing manager (m/f)

FULL TIME

The purpose of this role:

Ownership over the entire marketing funnel with a focus on increasing the number of new leads by quality and quantity in order to support further company growth

We are:

  • Selling on a total addressable market of 1.2 BILLION USD per year
  • Having more than 400 leads monthly (high LEAD REACH space)
  • Organization where company GROWTH depends on the lead quality and quantity

Your main tasks?

  • Creating and delivering marketing strategies that support the company strategy
  • Developing and tracking marketing plans and budgets
  • Defining clear lead management process which ensures customer and product fit
  • Establishing and meeting qualified lead targets (marketing automation and lead nurturing, creating content strategy, managing Google Adwords campaigns, optimizing web site conversions (Google analytics), onsite and offsite page optimization, managing e-mail campaigns…)
  • Actively and daily analyzing marketing funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing redesign of all the websites
  • Managing internal and external resources for executing the marketing strategy

Who are you?

  • Expert with a high level of digital marketing knowledge
  • A person that is data-driven and possesess strong analytical skills
  • Able to present ideas and convert them to a verbal and written materials
  • Strategic thinking person, focused on the big picture
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
