Multidisciplinary Internship

Job description

We are looking for a self-driven student to join us!

At Rentals United we are looking for an intern to help us to provide the best service and support, collaborating with our Support Team and Talent departments in administrative, office management, marketing and support tasks (among others).

We are looking for a supportive and motivated student willing to go the extra mile, passionate about helping other colleagues to get the best performance and eager to learn about the Vacation Rentals Business.

  • You like administrative, customer service, marketing and human resources tasks:

Main tasks:

  • Attending phone calls and e-mails from clients & visitors. 
  • Development of the internal knowledge database.
  • Support resolving queries, tickets and issues from clients. 
  • Assitance to the marketing team launching campaigns, correcting articles and doing translations. 
  • Support to the Talent area helping with recruitment tasks and internal development. 
  • Daily office management tasks.

What is MANDATORY for this position:

  • The student can provide an Educational Agreement with a School/University of the EU. 

  • The lenght of the internship won't be less than 5 months. The ideal amount of hours per day will be 35 hours. 

  • English language is a must + another language (preferably Spanish, French or Italian).
