MyDigi Rewards Operations Lead

We are looking for a passionate team player to lead our MyDigi Rewards operations team to help deliver MyDigi’s overall ambitions and goals, and help transform operational processes to support excellent go-to-market and system execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activity of operations specialists to support the smooth running of MyDigi’s lifestyle offerings.
  • Provide leadership, activity planning, and direction to team to complete tasks, produce required deliverables accurately and in time, track/resolve issues, and meet business goals.
  • Lead the MyDigi Rewards operations team, whose responsibilities include:
    • Reward setup and management
      • Oversee end-to-end configuration and maintenance of merchants, rewards, campaigns, vouchers and codes for accurate and timely display on app.
      • Liaise with internal marcom team to meet setup timelines to meet reward and campaign launch dates.
      • Maintain the reward / campaign deeplink database including general clickthrough performance.
      • Optimise operation team’s processes and load.
      • Actively provide feedback to back-office platform and app management team to optimize setup structure and processes.
    • POSM and premium management
      • Manage all processes relating to the production, storage, warehousing, stock management and utilization of POSMs and premiums.
      • Custodian of POSM design CI.
    • Reporting
      • Perform monthly reporting to Finance for revenue, cost and stock reconciliation
      • Prepare rewards reporting / campaign results analysis based on requirements from partners, finance and management.
    • Inventory management
      • Work closely with stakeholders on purchases, approval and payment of MyDigi Rewards inventory
      • Collaborate with the sales team to manage procurement processes and plan demand.
    • Budget management: Responsible on the overall P&L of MyDigi Rewards, including the margin / profit & loss of each item.
    • Issue management: Work closely with Customer Service representative(s) and handle customers complaint related to MyDigi Rewards
    • Invoicing & settlement: Shape and manage invoice process flows. Work with Settlement team to identify areas for improvements.


Your Merits:

  • Degree in either marketing, business, economics or equivalent
  • Experience in areas of system and marketing operations, and some degree of project or campaign management.
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets and processes.
  • Good in excel, pivot table and knowledge in simple database structure is a bonus
