Mandatory requirements
- Perform general office duties
- Organizing the uninterrupted office work
- Serves as the go-to for office inquiries
- Manage office logistics, including: Ordering supplies, maintaining an organized work environment, and tracking office supply costs against pre-existing budget
- Driving office maintenance efforts, including: Vendor management, auditing office maintenance supplies, and replacing office furniture as needed
- Supervise administrative staff
- Support office in proper condition and organization necessary repairs
- Work day starts at 9 am
- English level – Intermediate or higher
