OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for a vibrant office manager who loves solving problems and making people happy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office manager duties including premises maintenance, cleaning, handling incoming and outgoing post, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Provide reception services both in person and over the telephone
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Support HR processes and assist with welfare activities
  • Direct assistance to the CEO and management
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Process expenses and manage petty cash
  • Any other duties to meet the needs of the business

Requirements

  • +3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicative, a positive thinker
  • Strong communication skills – Hebrew and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Full time position (flexible hours)
  • Knowledge with bookkeeping – an advantage
  • Experience in hi-tech companies – an advantage
