Online Community Operation Specialist

Bitmain Switzerland AG with seat in Zug is a part of Bitmain Technologies, which operates very successfully both in the hardware and software sector of cryptocurrencies and artificial intelligence. 

We're looking for an experienced Online Community Specialist who will be responsible for the online community operation on the Blockchain platform of the company.

Responsibilities include: 

• Understand the user requirements and preferences, and establish a sticky and high-quality community through various operational strategies
• Organize the regular online and offline activities for the community users, and follow up the planning and implementation of the activities and hot topics
• Establish, operate and maintain the overseas online community, and promote the operation and development of the project in the local areas
• Other operation work in the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with strong interest in the Blockchain industry
• Two years of user/community operation experience
• Be greatly fascinated by mastering the community operation and the culture of the internet community
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good community operation and management ability with a conscientious and responsible attitude
• Experience in the internet community/user operation is preferred
• Fluent in English 
• German/French/Mandarin is plus
