Oracle University - Field Cloud Education Sales Representative Italian Market.

Oracle University Cloud is dedicated to drive Cloud adoption of Oracle Cloud technologies in all of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS with a broad portfolio of services and products. Oracle Guided Learning offers end users online guidance directly accessible from the Oracle Cloud application. Specific to their roles and responsibilities, Guided Learning offers users step-by-step guidance to help them complete their tasks.  Subscriptions allow access to SaaS, PaaS and IaaS cloud offerings.

DescriptionWhat You’ll Do                                                                                                          

You will drive Cloud adoption for Oracle technologies in the Italian Market particularly around SaaS by creating high value solutions to our key enterprise customers.

You will also:

  • Network and build relationships within target accounts in order to understand key decision makers and how we can help them to get the most out of their cloud investment.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual subscription sales targets
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the defined territory that will enable you to meet or exceed quota.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and analyse your own key performance indicators, trends and results.
  • Network and build relationships within target accounts in order to understand key decision makers and how Oracle can help them derive full value from their cloud investment.
  • Build personal branding and manage internal networks and relationships.
  • Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships.
  • Leverage company best practices to ensure customer success and maintain executive relationships in top region accounts.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated success in overachieving against sales targets within an Enterprise SaaS sales environment.

 We also look for:

  • Intrinsically motivated with a results oriented focus within an autonomous working environment.
  • Extensive enterprise software sales experience with a demonstrated successful track record.
  • The ability to lead complex SaaS subscription sales processes at enterprise level with senior stake holders.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting at industry events and being seen as an inspirational Account Sales Executive.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills - inclusive of problem solving and negotiation ability.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • A demonstrable track record of over achieving against sales targets.
  • Candidates will also benefit from knowledge and experience in CEB Challenger Sales and will be able to demonstrate how this has influenced their approach to selling.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
