Partnership Marketing Executive

London & Partners is the Mayor of London’s official promotional agency. We promote London and attract businesses, events, congresses, students and visitors to the capital. Our aims are to build London’s international reputation and to attract investment and visitor spend, which create jobs and growth.

Two excellent opportunities have arisen for two ambitious and passionate candidates to join us as Partnership Marketing Executives – one with a consumer focus and one with a business focus. You'll help support the two Partnerships Marketing Managers (Consumer and Business) with the execution of best-in-class, data-led partnership marketing campaigns which builds London’s global brand, inspires and engages consumer audiences (visitors & students) and business audiences (travel trade, business tourists, event organisers, overseas businesses), and convince them to choose London. The two Partnerships Marketing Executives will support the Partnerships Marketing Managers in implementing marketing which delivers against agreed campaign targets and is in line with London & Partners’ strategic objectives.

This is a great opportunity to join a Sunday Times Top 100 not-for-profit company, located in modern offices, overlooking the Thames, near London Bridge station.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist with the delivery of innovative, best-in-class partnership marketing campaigns from inception through to final campaign evaluation
  • Understand key audience insights so they can be applied to partnership marketing activity, helping build appropriate partnership target lists in order to build London’s global brand and inspiring audiences to choose London
  • Liaise with the Campaigns Delivery team and Communications team to support the integration of partnership marketing activity into broader campaign activations
  • Support the Partnerships Marketing Manager and work with the Planner to track consumer campaign performance to ensure activity will deliver against agreed KPIs
  • Support the Partnerships Marketing Manager and work with the Content & Channels team to integrate London & Partners’ owned channels into all appropriate partnership marketing activities
  • Work with the design team to brief in creative requirements for partner toolkits
  • Liase with the Partnership Operations team as needed to ensure clear and consistent communications with existing partners about partnerships’ marketing activities
  • Manage the sourcing and delivery of competitions relating to partnership marketing activity.
  • Happy to be hands on and get things done, for example working with our database, list management, partner research etc.
  • Able to pull together partner pitch decks, able to work easily with PowerPoint.

You'll have:

  • Committed to continuous learning and evolving with industry best practice
  • Customer first and data led, using audience data to inform activity and achieve goals
  • Experience working in an agile marketing environment and as part of project teams
  • Desirable: Fluent in one of French, German or Mandarin
