As our Payments Data Specialist, you will work closely with  our teams in Payments & Fraud, Data Science and Insights to embed data insight into payments management and optimization and enable GoEuro to increase revenue. The position is based in Berlin.

You Will

• Own and monitor the operation and performance of the company’s payment platforms
• Drive robust analysis of disruptions in platform operation
• Work together with stakeholders and managers to identify solutions, handle issues, and changes in timelines 
• Build data dashboards and tables
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Customer Support, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance tools, data sources, system functionalities, and payment methods
• Contribute to the implementation and management of end to end data governance approaches, technical reviews of data governance tools and implementation
• Manage and propose recommendation for additional exploitation of the the metadata associated with GoEuro systems 

Your Profile

• Solid experience using end to end payment analysis to drive optimization of payments performance; high growth environment managing multiple payment platforms, multiple payment processors, global payments
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in database structures, data modeling and relevant database languages ​​(SQL or equivalent)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent)
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while working with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid communication skills, including ability to explain complex analytics to executive audiences
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Degrees
• Very good English command
