Performance Marketing Manager (Growth)

We’re looking for an innovation-obsessed, marketing marvel to join our Performance Marketing Team at IDAGIO. You will experiment, iterate and grow new channels for User acquisition with a performance-oriented perspective. Finding sweet spots for channel and product contextual relevance, without losing focus on KPI metrics would be essential for success in this role.

Our Performance Marketing Manager (Growth) will focus on the following critical areas of the business:

Primary objective is the ownership of Twitter campaign performance and help scale existing Facebook efforts with a more granular approach.

Secondly, to constantly test and grow new customer acquisition channels hereby increasing our subscriber base (ex: Quora, Influencer Marketing etc.)

Report to and work closely with our Marketing Director, while responsible for defined acquisition budgets and KPI goals (ex: LTV>CPA)

Manage campaigns and channels through in-house resources or external agencies, where sensible (ex: Affiliate etc.)

Conversion optimization of visitor to subscriber, with in-house tech and Marketing team
EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY TRAITS WE FIND RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION

You have 2-3 years experience with growth and performance marketing for a B2C digital company with a focus on Mobile Apps and Web

Competitive and relentless, can-do mentality; you care about real product value vs. short-term growth and black hat/spammy tactics

Hands-on experience and proven track record with major digital marketing channels - Facebook, Twitter etc.

You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage

You’re a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to any stakeholder

Highly analytical; experience in scientific research and method is a plus

You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.

A background in or passion for classical music is a plus

Fluency in English and a second language (German would be a plus)
