As a PMO Specialist you have a chance to join Project Management Team, which is a part of Big Data and Security (BDS) division.

 

 

 

Your main duties will consist of:

 

  • Leading small-sized projects; planning project activities, creating project break-down structures, estimating required effort for required project work
  • Assuring projects/programmes are delivered in line with corporate standards and policies
  • Creates and maintains main project documentation
  • Provides guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools, activities to other team members
  • Understanding the business of our clients, and working in a way to help them grow and succeed through our services
  • Ensuring timely submission of project reports, produces project and summary reports;
  • Creating interactions and engagement of stakeholders coming from multiple areas (from PMs, Program Managers and Directors, Account Executives, Service Managers, Operations Managers, technical specialists, HR, company executive functions, and finally customer representatives) and ensures proper communication flow among all stakeholders
  • Organizing and leading meetings, taking meeting minutes and actions, distributing and preparing supporting documents
  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint spaces, incl. access granting, documents review and audit
  • Being aware of and executing document control process and assuring that all documents meet quality requirements
  • Supporting organization units or particular roles directly
  • Understanding of organization’s knowledge database - Internal consultancy provisioning
  • Quality assurance (corporate compliance, documentation, reviews, audits, performance monitoring)
  • Supporting different project/programme phases
  • Building end-to-end processes, re-arranging existing processes

 

 

Skills we are looking for:

 

 

  • Project Coordinators, Project Leaders or PMOs with P3O® business model experience
  • Deep understanding of portfolio, programme and project management environment (P3O®)
  • Profiles able to proof participation in dynamic projects or programmes within corporate environment in the past
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel (pivots, charts, basic and advanced functions), MS PowerPoint – eager to learn and develop skills within this area (example: VBA), MS Project as well as  SharePoint
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Devoted problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude who is able to handle multiple priorities and assignments
  • Communication skills in Polish
  • Excellent language skills in English (verbal and written) – at least C1 level
  • A decent IT technical knowledge
  • Ownership and pro-activity
  • Creation of project/programme setup

 

 

It would be a plus if you:

 

  • had experience in IT project environment
  • had any service or project management related training completed or certificate achieved (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, ITIL, Management of Risk, Management of Value)
  • language skills other than English (verbal and written): German, French
