Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team in Stockholm.

Sinch is a cloud-based communication platform that allows mobile and web app developers to integrate Real Time Communication features like Voice Calling, Video and Instant Messaging into their applications and services. The job:

As a Product Manager in Sinch, you will be the Product Owner for one of our development teams, ensuring that we are delivering the right product at the right time. Some of your daily responsibilities:

· Own the roadmap of your product from both business and technical perspectives.

· Break down customer requests to meaningful requirements. Write specs and user stories, create wireframes, test plans and release checklists.

· Prioritize your team’s work. Manage the backlog of features.

· Identify cross-team dependencies early. Sync with other Product Owners to make sure that the plans across teams are aligned.

· Plan your product releases, ensuring Marketing, Sales and Support teams have all the information they need.

· Our customers are developers. Feel comfortable engaging with them for requirements and feedback.

· Work closely with Sales, Developer Evangelists, Marketing, Operations and Support, as a single point of contact for your product.

 

  

Skills and experience:

· 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company

· Technical background with some experience of software development. Experience with mobile development, telecom or API/SDK design experience is a big plus.

· Strong problem solving skills

· Passionate, innovative and team-player

· Excellent communication skills
