Product Manager

At Bynder, the product is key to the success of the company. We are expanding our already top-notch product team to maintain and extend our dominant position in the marketplace by building innovative solutions that will result in maximum revenue growth.

Our vision is to create the next generation Digital Asset Management (DAM)that will positively disrupt the way people interact with and manage their creative files. Our team in Rotterdam plays a very important role by working on projects focused on the needs of our multi-brand clients, scaling current offering and creating new features and functionalities.

The team is very ambitious. You will be joining about 60 byndies coming from more than 20 countries of the world. We are a close team, more friends than colleagues, you'll find us working hard on some of Bynder's most ambitious projects, but as well spending a lot of fun time together after work. Our goal is to provide users with all the necessary tools to individually showcase and distribute each one of their brands - to bring Bynder to the next level.  

You as our new product manager will lead one of our multidisciplinary agile teams taking full ownership of the process. You will be closely cooperating with other departments at Bynder as well as be part of our global product team while reporting to the Director of Product. We say, we will give you a challenge to expedite the creation and deployment of our game-changing SaaS platform. And you say, I accept!

Qualifications

Who you are:

TECH NINJA — You are intimately familiar with all aspects of the SDLC. You can mentor other PMs to be ideal Product Owners in a Scrum or Kanban environment. You (firmly but politely) call dev’s bluff on sandbagged estimates

BUSINESS GURU — You understand the high-level market landscape. You are able to prioritize initiatives based on actual business value and not squeaky wheels. You can emotionally convince the exec team why your roadmap is the company’s top priority, and then back it up with amazing data

MARKET EXPERT —You have first-hand experience building products for creatives and marketers. You understand the key personas – what makes them tick, and what their work-related needs are You can help guide in-bound and out-bound marketing efforts, sales training, and implementation best practices to ensure customer success

INVENTOR — You have an insatiable drive for building new and innovative solutions. You can partner with UX to discover what the ideal solution is even when most people don’t recognize the problem.  You are the top evangelist for your product

What you have:

• 3+ years of product management experience

• Bachelor degree in a related field

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS product will be a huge plus
