Who​ ​we​ are looking for:

You are a leader who is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
 

The Product Manager is expected to

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap working with all stakeholders
  • Deliver requirements and stories with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Act as a leader within the company

Skills the candidate will have

  • 2-3 years of product management experience with a b2b enterprise, feature-rich application
  • Proven track record of refining, validating and driving new features through the product management cycle
  • Integration experience with CRM, HCM and BI tools
  • Strong understanding of unique value proposition and competitive positioning
  • Familiar with Agile and development tools like JIRA
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with attention to detail
  • University degree. MBA preferred
  • Must be able to travel to the United States 15% of the time
  • Strong references from sales, engineering, and customers
