RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and work on agricultural projects within a matrix organization
  • Develop concept and feasibility studies considering market and profitability aspects
  • Develop and pursue new ideas and approaches
  • Provide supervision considering relevant patents, identify white spots, and collaborate on preparing new IP
  • Prepare and implement transfer of projects to operating units
  • Manage the related innovation portfolio
  • Document and present project results in the form of reports and presentations

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed university degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, agricultural science, or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the area of research & development and business development 
  • Experience with planning, coordinating, implementing and assessing projects in the context of activities related to the agricultural industry
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Confident manner and courtesy when dealing with internal and external cooperation partners, with interdisciplinary cooperation, and strong ability to communicate and integrate
