QA (Web Tester)

Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little or no assistance from the supervisor Responsible for testing and proofing the programs to assure production of a quality product Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application testing best practices Gather statistics and prepare and write reports on the status of the testing process for discussion with management and/or team members Document the testing process Responsible for utilizing tools and equipment involved in performance of essential functions of testing Research and recommend software testing tools to management Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of software testing Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff Provide assistance to testers as needed to determine system problems Interact regularly with the offshore and onshore teams, team leader and project manager to field queries and questions
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics or to be a student in the above mentioned disciplines Over 3 years of experience in software automation testing Experience as a Quality Engineer using scripting languages and one of the following: ASP.NET, C#, Java, etc. Experience in WEB applications testing Experience in Writing, running and maintaining automated tests (Selenium) Experience writing QA documentation Strong knowledge in QA methodologies Test automation experience including building test frameworks for API and UI testing Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team – proven team player Fluent English
