

Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilies:
• Perform audits of locations initial set-up or upgrades to assess compliance with company procedures and standards;
• Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies in the tasks performed;
• Coordinate findings with the deployment support team;
• Assume lead role in assuring compliance with company standards are being followed;
• Observe internal control procedures and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Remain current on technological and business process trends in the industry;
• Coordinate with different support teams, the different tasks and actions associated with Quality Assurance process;
• Compiles statistical data and writes reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
• Keep internal tools up to date, with results and findings of each process;
Other Tasks:
• Work closely with DevOps Engineer;
• Act as DevOps backup for relevant tasks;
• Document and update internal processes;
• Populate internal Knowledge Base with relevant articles;
Qualifications
• Good methodical work structure
• TCP/IP networking understanding and experience
• Linux basic experience
• Quality Assurance experience
• Knowledge of HoistGroup Products is a plus
