We are looking for a brilliant and experienced R&D leader to join our top notch technology team.You will join a fast paced, highly technical and savvy group of doers who are building Fiverr’s products and platforms.  As a Team Leader you will have an impact on key product and platform areas that are used by millions of people worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A Doer, a leader, a winner, a savvy hands-on technologist, highly analytical, a bar raiser and a team player.
  • One who can translate business and product goals to high quality beautiful products.
  • 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of leadership.
  • Proven track record of design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed web applications, functional programming, SQL, NoSQL and data platforms.
  • Great 360 collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI, Machine Learning and Search is an advantage.
  • High standards for code quality, testing and performance.
  • MSc or BSc or  in Computer Science.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead several R&D teams during all phases of the product lifecycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
  • Interact with product, business and other groups in Fiverr.
  • Grow the and coach the technology group talent.
