Job summary

The main goal of this position is to lead ESET Australia Sales team to develop the local market by addressing market needs and opportunities within ESET Strategy with aim to achieve long term Revenue Growth in region. Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performance, direct and indirect, in Australia and reports to Country Manager Australia directly and Sales and Marketing Director APAC in regards to sales processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead ESET Australia Sales Team directly towards fulfilment of regional business plan and sales targets 

  • Identification and prioritization of proper actions for long term and short term ESET sales development in Australia, including the definition of the appropriate channel mix and the supporting channel programs  

  • Prepare and maintain Country Business Plan supporting long-term growth and is aligned with ESET strategy 

  • Define, design and execute market development activities within Australia through our channels or our own resources  

  • Identify, recruit and support new channel partners 

  • Manage and develop all sales channels (i.e. partners) within Australia according to the company’s strategy  Maintain and improve sales policies, rules and processes within the region and across his team in order to maximize the performance of the partners and subordinate ESET teams. 

  • Develop implement and evaluate metrics for the analysis of the performance of the marketing plans, sales programs, actions, teams and resources to improve the performance and results. 

  • Build effective and long-term relationships with exclusive partners and distributors, moderate resolution of business issues among them 

  • Support local partners in sales opportunities development, and technical support escalations. 

  • Work with internal teams on development of action programs for the region  

  • Lead with a positive and dynamic leadership style capable of inspiring and motivating employees. 

  • Evaluate existing structure and resources in order to improve them for maximizing their performance and identify talents. 

  • Define and evaluate targets of sales team members according to the established policies and objectives
