Senior Acquisition Manager

To do so, we use cutting-edge technology to help millions worldwide learn piano, guitar, singing, or any instrument they always dreamed of playing. Our current piano learning apps are seeing fast user and revenue growth, chosen as one of the best apps by Apple and Google.

We’re expanding our world-class team and looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will take full ownership of multiple digital acquisition channels. You will develop and execute the strategy to efficiently acquire quality users at growing scale from these channels. You will work side by side with a super dedicated in-house creative team as well as developers, UX, product, marketing, and musicians. This is a lead role in a critical operation of our growing, do-good startup, that’s changing people’s lives.  

Who are we looking for?

• You’re persistent in pursuing ambitious goals compromising for nothing less than outstanding results
• Super-strong data analysis skills, you eat ROI and LTV calculations for breakfast and can spot an interesting segment in a stack of data from miles
• 2+ years experience and a proven track record in successfully running paid acquisition campaigns at scale
• Experience managing mobile app campaigns on Google/Facebook/Other social media channels
• You're a team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Deep understanding of subscription-based business models - advantage
• Experience in App Store Optimisation - advantage
