Senior Cloud Platform Userspace Developer

looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and smart engineer to

on the development infrastructure for Oracle Cloud core components.

          This
person will be responsible for the development and support of Linux

          userland
and boot packages.

          RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and develop open source-based products

          - Work
with internal Oracle teams and open source communities on

          improvements
and optimizations of Linux userspace components

          QUALIFICATIONS:

          -
Strong technical background

          -
in-depth understanding of Linux OS internals and boot

          - 3+
years of DevOps, Software Development or Q/A

          -
Advanced C/C++ programming experience

          - Or
advanced Python programming experience

          -
proven shell scripting knowledge

          -
excellent troubleshooting skills

          -
excellent written and verbal communication skills

          -
experience with Linux software package management systems is a plus

          - good
knowledge of cloud and container technologies is a big plus

          - Open
Source development experience is a big plus
