Senior Consultant - Technical Support
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operationally solve the requests distributed by the service desk, including by moving to the beneficiaries' premises;
- To install, configure, optimize the products of the company together with the technologies involved at the beneficiaries' premises or remote;
- Ensure that the development departments or other departments involved in the process solve the beneficiaries' requests;
- To provide IT administration / consultancy services to the beneficiaries upon their request;
- To cooperate with the Project Manager and other project team members in order to finalize the implementation projects on time and successfully;
- Identify opportunities to optimize technical support activities and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid SQL Server and SQL language databases;
- Basic knowledge in the field of economy;
- Basic knowledge in IT hardware / software (servers, Windows / Linux, networking);
- Knowing a programming language;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, ie 7 years in IT field;
- Knowledge of English;
- Higher technical and / or economic studies;
- Synthetic capacity and attention to detail;
- Client orientation, understanding of its needs and communication skills;
- Seriousness, loyalty, proactivity;
- Teamwork, but also individual;
- driving license cat.B.
