A Digital Workplace Architect is responsible for defining the end to end digital workplace service as it is purchased, consumed and managed from a customer perspective.  This may encompass multiple technologies and/or technical solutions required to provide the complete service – Workplace itself, Backoffice/cloud services, related tooling, network etc. The Digital Workplace Architect also architects, designs and delivers the service solutions against set targets and deadlines in line with contractual commitments with a focus on achieving positive business outcomes in line with the customer business requirements.

 

 Your tasks



•    Responsible for continuously improving quality and costs for services, benchmarking range of services with market (customers, competitors and analysts) for price and quality

•    Anticipation and management of commercial risks and mitigation for any risks.

•    Identification of new potential business opportunities within the customer’s organization. 

•    Mentoring, coaching and guiding future experts, defining the approach to ensure the execution of peer-to-peer coaching and learning

•    Responsible for the creation and coordination of expert networks and communities in domain of expertise 

•    Engagement directly with customers in support of the clarification or shaping of needs, defining requirements and priorities, identifying solution options and development solutions"

•    Ensuring that customer and internal stakeholders stay informed of progress and are aware of the choices available to them throughout the lifecycle of a solution, and that the emerging solution meets their needs 

•    Support of contract 

•    Collaboration within the Scientific Community to develop smarter solutions and better anticipation of future market trends

•    Contribution to Group strategy and maintenance of Division Technology roadmaps

•    Working closely with Product & Portfolio Management to design the services Atos offers and offering where applicable service innovation

•    Defining the parameters of the service in terms of KPIs/SLAs

•    Responsible for the creation of service standards

•    Responsible for giving structure to scientific and technical knowledge and for the translation of portfolio to a defined and deliverable service

•    Owning of the vendor relationship for joint R&D initiatives in conjunction with vendor management

 

Your Profile

 

•    Senior level digital workplace service design/architecture experience

•    Design & innovation background

•    In-depth problem-solving skills

•    Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a leading member of globally distributed teams 

•    Presentation skills; presence and credibility in front of customers

•    A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

•    English business fluent, German fluent

•    Willingness to travel

•    Proven ability to challenge the client as well as internal processes and decisions when appropriate

•    Knowledge and experience in ITIL

•    Service Implementation background

•    Service Management Tool Design & Specification experience

•    Strong knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or comparable years of experience; Master’s degree preferred

•    Client/Device Management (MS Intune, VMWare Workspace One, Airwatch)

•    Virtual Workplace (VMWare Horizon, Citrix On-prem and cloud)

•    Office 365 (all services, particularly EOL, SfB, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams)

•    Azure AD 

•    User Analytics

•    Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud (Google, AWS, Azure)

•    Automation and Orchestration

•    Digital transformation

The salary will be set depending on your educational background as well as your further qualifications, starting from € 75.000, - annually (full time basis).
