Accenture Technology is seeking for a Senior Manager to further strengthen our deliveries to public service and healthcare clients in Denmark. The candidate need to have demonstrated experience from public service and/or healthcare system integration projects in Denmark preferably as a project/program lead. The Senior Manager will have the opportunity to make an impact in large system implementations at our clients as well as ensuring the right use of Accenture’s services to the clients.

Along with the focus on system integration in Denmark, the Senior Manager will be building a team of professionals within Technology to help our public service and healthcare clients achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior project/program lead and/or as a trusted system integration advisor
  • Ensuring delivery according to best practices incl. the use of an appropriate methodology, approach and governance
  • Participate in quality assurance activities in opportunity as well as delivery
  • Establish and develop client relationships based on trust and delivery of sustainable results and value
  • Work in teams across multiple parties through solid planning and execution incl. issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experiences.
  • Produce deliverables such as plans, metrics, governance processes, business cases as well as manage work efforts internally and for client
  • Contribute within Technology Denmark in both community building and capability development.
  • Learn and apply Accenture's standard development and implementation methodologies.

- Basic qualifications

What we look for in our Senior Manager technology profile:

  • Strong system integration background.
  • Demonstrated experience from the public sector and/or healthcare industry with good knowledge on system implementation.
  • Solid technical understanding of IT-systems, infrastructure and software.
  • A strong affinity to help our clients reimagine new and challenging ways of working and addressing problems.
  • Fluency in Danish and English both verbally and in writing
  • Strong grades from high school and university
  • Desire to work in a team- and project-oriented environment
  • Interested in developing himself/others continuously
  • Creative, analytical and solution-focused
  • Ability to produce high quality, effective and thorough documentation
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel.
  • Master´s degree or equivalent from relevant field, e.g.:
    • Engineering / software development
    • Business Administration (with an IT flavor)
