Senior Online Marketing Manager - E-commerce

Internet pharmacy Pilulka.cz is the imaginary tip of the iceberg. It belongs to a group of Pilulka Pharmacy holding projects.

In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we rank among the largest players on the pharmaceutical market. We are currently facing a challenge of building a new team that will take care of our online marketing in several European countries.

Do you practice digital marketing and do you want to participate in the development of one of the top players in the pharmaceutical industry? As a Senior Online Marketing Manager, you will use both the technical spirit and your marketing talent.

 

Why the Pill?

We create a unique service on a European scale between pharmacy and technology business.

We are a data-driven company - Google Data Studio is the first thing we wake up to and the last one to fall asleep. We use the data in our day-to-day decisions and management.

We're heading high. Although we are one of the top pharmacy players in the 2 billion turnover, we still have only a percentage of the entire market.

What are we going to do together?

  • We set and implement a marketing strategy for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and other countries.
  • We allocate tens of millions of crowns from the marketing budget to individual campaigns across states.
  • We take the best online marketing and analytics tools like Exponea, Roivenue to the very edge of their capabilities.
  • We set up and automate reporting for evaluating and optimizing results (we use Funnel, BigQuery and Data Studio among others).
  • We will prepare a database and segment the customers so that retention communication is always in the hands of the right people.
  • We promote our new Pill app for mobile phones among our customers.

What should you be able to do?

  • Accurate knowledge of web analytics and online marketing channels and tools.
  • Lead a team of smart marketing specialists.
  • Communicate seamlessly in English. We will work more and more with colleagues abroad.

It won't work without Google Analytics and Excel orientation, even if we're stepping back to Google Data Studio and other more advanced tools. Advantages, but not essential, are experience with PPC (Google Ads, Sklik, Facebook Ads), merchandise comparators (we tame them with Mergad and Beed), affiliate marketing, SEO or emailing.

Moreover, if they call you CLV, ROAS, RFM,… super, let's talk about them. If they don't tell you anything, let's talk about them and learn something new together.

But the most important feature is the willingness to learn new things and not be afraid to communicate and experiment. A quality marketer is aware of the latest online marketing tools and our marketplace.
