We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive recruitment experience to join our Danish recruiting team. Our ambition is to attract the best talent in the market to continue our journey building a world class in-house recruitment team. 

Your main responsibility will be to drive the full recruitment process in close cooperation with our stakeholders and work closely with the shared service center in China. Furthermore, you will get direct exposure to our business leaders advising on sourcing and recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process from A-Z. It is critical that you thrive in a high paste environment and that you have a desire to be the best within your field. As our Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will also be the SoMe expert towards the business and get the possibility to participate in fairs and other branding activities.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Danish Recruiting Manager and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment. Our recruiting process are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with our talented and dedicated professionals and in a team consisting of highly skilled recruiters, all working towards a shared goal. 

In addition, you will have direct contact to our many cooperation partners, participating in the creation of new recruiting initiatives, optimizing the recruiting processes and take care of the day-to-day processing of our many candidates. 

You will be a part of the Danish HR team consisting of 20 HR professionals. Apart from working closely together with the different functions in HR, we expect you to take active part in the community. 

- Basic qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A relevant Master or Bachelor degree with good results 
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience and you desire to grow your career 
  • Experience with IT and R&D recruitment 
  • Preferable experience from an agency or in-house recruitment 
  • Experience with recruiting from A-Z in one or more of the Nordic countries 
  • People person with good stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of SoMe
  • Fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing
