Requirements

- Be a nice person and team lead 
- Expert level programming server-side code in Scala, Python or Java. 
- Strong coding skills and Computer Science fundamentals

Nice to haves

- Real-world experience programming with Scala or Python in a production environment. 
- Experience with distributed computing platforms and environments such as Spark, Flink and Hadoop. 
- Contributions to OSS projects. 
- Experience building event-driven distributed systems and using modern distributed system platforms such as Akka, ZeroMQ, Kafka, Storm.
