We are looking for:

 

The Global Tooling Services (GTS) tower develops, deploys on new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service and system management solutions.

We are now looking for professional, focused and passionate engineers, who will join the team responsible for development, operations and maintenance of Service Management Automation tool based on the “Arago HIRO” solution which is used to autonomous incident resolution.



You will be responsible for:

 

  • analyzing development requirements
  • contributing solution designs (mainly on systems integrations)
  • creating, enhancing and improving existing functionalities
  • maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation
  • taking part in the testing and deployment activities
  • running operations activities on Linux and HIRO application participation in requirement analyze and review sessions, design reviews and SCRUM meetings



Our requirements:



Mandatory skills:

 

  • Java EE development expertise, especially WebServices
  • Knowledge of Linux operations and development
  • WebApplication backend maintenance
  • Familiar with relational databases
  • Very good command of English



Desired skills:

  • SOA knowledge and systems integration experience
  • ServiceNow development experience
  • Knowledge of Service Automations or Operations
  • Good understanding of agile development methodology
  • ITIL Foundation certificate / ITSM knowledge
