Job Description

We are looking for a colleague who can demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of Systems Engineering activities. You are a good fit if you consider yourself a team player who is looking forward to achieve goals together with a team.

Handling multiple urgent issues in parallel, is something you can deal with. Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail.

AEM or CQ5 do not sound familiar to you, but you are willing to figure this out.

Resting on your laurels is not familiar to you, nor is it for us.

Qualifications

What we require:

• Being a trusted advisor for anything infrastructure and web related

• Ability to identify opportunities and building networks at clients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in German and English
• Consulting experience in the area of enterprise web technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Being able to work independently and coordinate with the team
• Willingness to travel and work at our clients site of a minimum of two days per week
• Experience with integrating and operating software in an enterprise environment
• Significant experience with the following technologies:

  • Linux

  • TCP / IP stack

  • AWS & cloud IaaS

  • Apache Web Server

  • Web technologies (http/s, SSL, web stack, caching etc.)
  • Shell Scripting
• Experience with following technologies would be advantageous:                                              
  • Varnish
  • Adobe AEM administration
  • GIT
  • Vagrant
• Continious integration based on Jenkins, Nexus
• Understanding of monitoring
• RedHat or LPIC Certification
• Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
