Social Media Manager

WHERE YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Manager (f/m/d) to join our world-class team at IDAGIO. You will be part of our Communications Unit, which is responsible for building our brand's public perception and narrative so this is your chance to help to build IDAGIO’s brand, making us known as the world’s best streaming service for classical music.

Where you'll contribute:
 

  • Design and implement IDAGIO’s social media strategy to align with business goals

  • Analyze data and give clear strategic recommendations for improvements.

  • Collaborate with our internal teams (mostly marketing and product) as well as external stakeholders (e.g. musicians, music labels)

  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)

  • Set, and be accountable for, specific goals and objectives pertaining to the social media strategy to track performance. 

EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY TRAITS WE FIND RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for renowned and international B2C brands.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to influence others

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and hands-on experience in content management 

  • You know how to handle platforms natively or through management tools, and have extensive experience with reporting

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

  • You stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

  • Native English speaker, additional languages are a plus

  • You are a team player and always ready to help others

  • You are creative and have a drive for action
