We are looking for:

The global tower Global Tooling Services (GTS) develops, deploys new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service management solutions within ATOS Infrastructure and Data Management.

You will be responsible for:

• Scripting and continues coding with help of MS SQL for NetPro
• Communicating/coordinating actions with the 3rd parties
• Developing and maintaining automation procedures NetPro tool
• Working on NetPro data exports/modifications/imports
• Coordinating and negotiating remediation actions for any data inconsistency etc.
• Continuously improving automation solution

Our requirements:

• Administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications and tools
• Diagnosing, resolving and delivering root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
• Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group
• Managing and resolving incident, problem and change tickets
• Ability to analyze system logs, events and monitoring alerts
• Knowledge of SQL, experience in MS SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell and/or Python), knowledge of VBScript, Bash is a plus
• Knowledge of SCOM or SCCM or BSA or Nagios or Spectrum or Active Directory or Exchange or Networking (TCP/IP) is strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of NetPro front end and ability to do data exports
• Good analytic skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Good command of English (B2 level)
