Software Engineer

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an engineer/developer with experience in development activities, R&D projects and team-oriented projects. The main responsibilities will involve:

  • Design /implementation of novel functionalities in platforms
  • Participation in R&D projects in collaboration with leading ICT companies

Job required experience & skills

-- Desired experience and skills:

  • Programming and developing large scale software projects with XML, JSON, Java EE, JavaSE, Java Web Services, RESTful WebServices, C/C++, HTML5

-- Desired but not mandatory

  • OWL, RDF, RDFa, SPARQL, Semantic Repositories, SArduino, Waspmote, SparkFun FIO, OpenStack, FIWARE, Kubernetes, Android

-- Other qualifications, skills, and experience

  • (Technical) University degree in Information and Communications Technologies, Computer Science or Electrical & Computer Engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Communicational skills and team working attitude
  • Analytics capabilities and attitude to problem solving
  • Availability to travel abroad
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, positive attitude
