Goals

Mobile Apps & web Ecosystem Executive is responsible for understanding, designing, planning, deploying and incorporating changes in Telenor’s digital products and services including My Telenor App & website and customer facing digital prodcucts like Digital Kiosk, Wow box, Pocket Tv etc. The job role demands innovative, reusable Web & app based solutions designed and developed on the basis of web & mobile app analytics performed by DS Planning resource. The resource will work closely with project managers, stakeholders including Commercial, BSS, O&M, vendors and associated touch points and introduce highly effective security, optimization and marketing techniques for digital solutions.

Your Typical day at work
 

• Use analytical skills to understand the improvement areas in Telenor Pakistan’s websites and Mobile Apps
• Coordination with Commercial/Digital Media stakeholders, Vendors, Operations and other internal/external stakeholders in planning, dimensioning, development, deployment, acceptance & launch of web based solutions and Mobile Apps and their continuous optimization.
• Responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solution for the commercial based on their specifications and business needs.
• Management of content delivery, content development, content aggregation and mobile application development.
• Understanding of 24x7 mission critical enterprise services and environments and the impact of service disruption on a company's bottom line. Proactively and reactively looking for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in SD & E-Business Domain.
• Provide solutions, covering several in-house / external products and building interfaces towards commercial systems i.e. SMSC, Single Sign on, E-Commerce, Billing Systems, Web/Wap applications, financial services etc.
• Define, manage and verify solutions in commercial projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers. Analysis of daily statistical reports and recommending actions to keep the platforms running in an efficient manner.
• Securing the data & information exposed over digital channels. Knowing the best practices & standards in the field of Information & Data Security
• Translating business requirements into end-to-end technical scope, technical solution and project plan. Gather and formulate functional and technical requirements from business into scope plans, and proceed with internal or vendor related product development.
• Perform technical feasibility studies on potential new Digital Services. Evaluate proposals against architectural solutions and technology principles; take lead on technical inspection and negotiation of the product. Ensure architectural solutions support the business strategy as represented by enterprise architecture principles
