

Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Services

We are looking for Solution Architect, experienced in Workplace services area.
The Solution Architect is engaged mainly in presales, bidding phase of prospective service and is responsible for end to end solution (including IT architecture design and costing) which responds to the business requirements of the customers in the most cost-effective and innovative manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Solution Technical design preparation
- Solution Costs model preparation
- Cost estimation and ensuring all necessary approvals
- Assist with the development of a solutions strategy to meet customer’s requirement and which is also in line with business requirements
- Alignment of design with Atos portfolio
- Maintain relationships with relevant external suppliers and customer
- Implementation and improvement of solution standards
We ask from you:
Broad knowledge of the workplace services, including:
Required:
- Microsoft Certified Engineer (Actual certification required must include Core Infra and cloud)
- Microsoft Azure expertise and hands-on experience
- Microsoft workplace and deployment expertise (traditional and InTune based)
- Workstation management (Imaging, Packaging, Patching & Distribution)
- Supporting - Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, access management=
- End User Collaboration Services (Office 365, Email & Chat, Content & Collab)
- Virtual Workplace Services (incl. VMWare, Citrix solutions)
- Technical and commercial attitude with a tendency to convince based upon knowledge and expertise
Preferred:
- On Site Support expertise (Service expertise and knowledge)
- Additional Services (Managed print, Files Services, IT Asset Management, SIAM)
- Understanding of ITIL v4 and able to apply in commercial offerings
- Master's, Bachelor’s degree in area of IT technologies
- More than 5 years technical experience;
- Good presentation skills and communication skills in English verbally and in writing;
- Preferably already certified in TOGAF, PRINCE2 or CISSP
- Flexible attitude and ability to engage in multiple deals at the same time.
