Specialist - Sales Training, New Business & Channel Development

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Advocating, executing and managing the end-to-end Salesforce professionalisation effort for the Business Division.
  • Leading, structuring and executing initiatives in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to scale Salesforce professionalism and competencies within all channel touchpoints.
  • Owning and managing the Channel Development Onboarding module where you will train all new sales representatives and dealers in the Business Division. In doing this, you will lead & coordinate knowledge transfer/training activities for the Business Division.
  • Developing, curating and maintaining updated training programs & learning materials. You will work with relevant subject matter experts to co-create/develop new relevant learning materials.
  • Owning the Sales & Channel Training Calendar. You will jointly identify/develop training content/programs in collaboration with department heads/stakeholders. In doing this, you will support new business channels mainly on operational processes and any other administrative duties assigned.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in driving Professonalisation targets.
  • Driving digital onboarding positioning to support Digital Transformation in the Business Division.
  • Managing effective business communications via available tools/platforms for information management and retrieval.

Your merits:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Sales Training and managing channel communications/development within a Go-To-Market context
  • Adept in end-to-end ownership of the Sales Training Calendar and Sales Training Program, Materials & Modules in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative sales environment.
  • Accomplished in identifying key Salesforce professionalisation priorities and stack-rank for execution and follow through
  • Strong communications, negotiation and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to a mix of technical/business audiences
