Support Engineer

Blocktrail (BTC.com) is seeking support engineers with an interest in Bitcoin, to join our growing team in Amsterdam.

Projects may include:

• Assisting users with technical integrations with our API
• Engaging customers in online forums and in-person for technical help
• Developing our company's internal software tools
• Development of core product features

Requirements

-  BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Excellent knowledge of Javascript, Nodejs and PHP

- Experience working with modern MVC frameworks (Backbone or Angular or React)

- Experience working in linux environments

- Excellent knowledge of SQL

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical as well as technical crowds

- Interest in digital currency
