Support Engineer in 24/7 team Cloud Lifecycle Management

Required skills - BSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field - Ability to quickly troubleshoot and analyze technical problems - Understanding of cloud technologies and related processes - Working efficiently in emergency situations and fast changing environments - Team player in an international set-up with interfaces to many teams - Service and customer oriented, self-motivated and pro-active working attitude - Fluency in English (oral and written) Preferred skills - Experience operating systems in the cloud - Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting At least 2 years of experience in software development or operations will be consider as a plus
