SW Development Manager

Revuze is seeking an excellent Software Development Manager to join our team.

Location: New Industrial zone, Netanya, Israel

Essential Functions:

• Directing multiple cross-functional teams to deliver product releases that achieve business objectives while meeting quality and time-to-market expectations
• Providing people, skills, and development methodologies to projects and programs
• Strong understanding of modern software development best practices, including Agile principles
• Direct project involvement and leadership of projects delivering enterprise software solutions
• Results oriented mindset
• Able to assess team and individual technical and personal strengths/weaknesses and coach appropriately

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of leadership experience with 6+ developers
• Broad-based technical expertise including a strong understanding of programming and architecture concepts
• 5 years min, experience leading development team
• Agile/scrum in depth experience
• Understanding the Deployment Life-cycle
• Amazing personal skills
• Well organized
• Ability handle multiple development stream and deadlines
• Working closely with Chief Architect
