Tax lawyer

ACT is now selling shares and applying for funding with various organisations. We need a clever and highly motivated Tax lawyer to join our happy team and help us through this exiting phase that could have a serious impact on sustainability of our planet.

You should be willing to invest time and work for shares during the first couple of months until funding is secured. The ideal attorney candidate will be responsible for developing tax savings plans and legal documents involving liabilities.

You will be:

• Advising on the most tax-efficient means of acquiring, selling or restructuring assets Advising on tax litigation and investigations
• Negotiating with the Tax Authorities and documenting transactions
• Business development and managing client relationships.

At best:

• You have experience in commercial and corporate tax matters
• You are familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• You have an academic education and a passion for saving the environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• You have a good command of English
• You are comfortable with building relationships and networks.

Tax lawyer will work closely with co-founders and be a part of our small team of entrepreneurs with a flat organisational structure. Since the company is in an early phase you will be able to shape your role in the company exactly how you like it best.

WORK PLACE

This job can be carried out as remote work with a good internet connection, but ideally we prefer co-location if possible, e.g. Oslo.
