Team Lead Quality Management

Your Tasks

• Develop and optimize the product quality department as the team lead based full-time in Guangzhou, China
• Responsible for the regular monitoring of quality KPIs 
• Understand, shape and operate process of sampling textile products as well as documenting decisions, improvements and results
• Work together with factories and manufacturers to maintain high standards of product quality while optimizing material efficiency
• Proactively seek out other means of innovation and/or optimization to ultimately provide our customers with top quality products at the very best prices

Your Profile

• Completed your studies (at the top of your class) focused on garment technology, fashion, or similar field 
• Gathered relevant working experience with methods and tools in quality management
• Natural team leader with a great hands-on mentally, strong sense of ownership and highly organized
• Able to quickly adapt to new working environments and thrives in an international atmosphere
• Business fluent in English (Chinese a plus but not required)
