Technical Product Manager (m/f)

360dialog is a dynamic and expanding mobile marketing automation company based in the heart of Berlin. As a first-mover in the market, we help brands to (re)engage and convert their audience in order to maximize customer lifetime value and enhance the customer journey, chosen as experts in mobile solutions for major players.

Our platform deals with huge amounts of data from billions of requests. Our international and multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Data Scientists, has an excellent proven track record in real-time computing. Together we are developing the next generation of marketing automation technology. Distributed and fault tolerant, our system is able to process vast amounts of data in real-time. As a Product Manager, you take ownership of the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities and working directly with designers and engineers to build and launch new features.

Your responsibilities

Work with our partners and customers to understand their needs and design new features that help grow our business.

• Create detailed feature specifications and partner with engineering to build great products.
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products and features, driving product development with a team of world-class engineers.
• Partner with product marketing to shape our positioning and drive awareness.
• Define and analyze metrics that indicate the success of our products.
• Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
• Actively propose improvements to our processes and help implement the changes that make our company more efficient.

Our ideal candidate profile:

• 2+ years product management experience.
• Strong technical background from a previous development role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and write software requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Solid analytical, critical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good technical understanding of complex and highly scalable web applications.
• Well-structured thinker with a result-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical skills with an outstanding sense for business opportunities.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing in web and mobile.
• Experience with B2B products and platforms is strongly desired.
• You are proactive with a focus on getting things done.
• Fluent in English.
