Technical Support Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Yieldr is looking for a Technical Support professional who will strengthen our current customer service & support team. We are looking for someone that has an eye for detail and delivery with the ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

You will be the first and last point of contact for all technical communication regarding creative tags, tracking tags and RTB campaigns. You will help the customer through the whole process of setting up their account until running their first campaigns. You will monitor overall ad delivery, coordinate implementations of new RTB protocols and will debug and solve problems that prohibit the delivery of ad impressions. You will have a central role in the company, communicating both internally and externally.

The role will be filled by a tech–savvy and meticulous individual with excellent communication skills. You’re expected to act proactively towards (potential) problems and support your colleagues with all technical facets of ad operations. Having previous experience in tech or ad operations is a must.

Location is Barcelona, Spain.
 

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of technical support to external users
• Prepare all necessary steps in order to set up campaigns
• Spot, solve and coordinate problems with ad delivery
• Guide and help out in Yieldr Tag implementations
• Redirect support questions to the internal agents
   

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• You hold a university or college degree (B.A. or similar).
• You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in ad operations.
• You have experience with monitoring RTB processes.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have love for digital marketing and technology.
• You’re able to apply your understanding and technical know how of ad tech to analyze and solve complex problems.
• You have an eagerness to explore new possibilities and technologies.
• You have a (basic) understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and XML and JSON structures.
