What you'll do:
Cumulocity is a modern Internet of Things application ecosystem with open APIs for partners and customers to develop upon. Your responsibility as technical support engineer is to
- Assist customers in the use of Cumulocity applications.
- Support developers in the use of the Cumulocity APIs and software libraries.
- Contribute to the quality assurance of Cumulocity features.

What you need to bring along:
- Good communication skills in both English and German.
- Good knowledge of ReST and using ReST from at least one programming or scripting language.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Basic understanding of network communication (TCP, HTTP).
