Job description
We are looking for a motivated individual with relevant technical support experience and IT security background to address customer escalation coming from Canon Marketing Japan. You will assess the escalation from customer experience and business impact, and then facilitate communication to build a consensus for a feasible solutioncal activities. Responsibilities and duties will include escalation to ESET technical teams, including presentation, justification, validation, and assisting Canon with acceptance of a proposed solution, through effetive communication bridging Customer, Canon and ESET technical teams.
