Autohero, the innovative online car dealership, offers high quality used cars which customers can easily purchase online. We offer only tested, accident-free and checkbook-maintained used cars and sell them with included warranty and right of return. Autohero is part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading car trading platform.

We are looking for a new team member to dive right into our business and take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. We are setting up new processes from scratch to create our own supply chain to transform used cars for the end customer and deliver them directly to their doorstep. You will run your own projects, convince internal and external stakeholders and be part of this used-car-market revolution from day 1.
 

What you will do:

• Be part of a task force facing the challenges of a new business to tackle them head-on and turn them into process improvements and progress
• Use and expand your skill set to structure data and perform meaningful analyses
• Directly implement insights from analyses within the company and with external partners
• Be responsible for your own projects and see them through to the end by following a hands-on and KPI-driven approach
• Define benchmarks and roll out processes all over Europe while considering different local conditions

What you should bring:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, Economics, or comparable degree in a related field of study and 1-3 years of working experience in a fast-moving company, startup, consulting or investment firm; alternatively, in the automotive industry
• You are passionate about moving tasks forward, take full ownership of projects and show leadership skills that inspire the people you work with to continuously challenge the status quo and strive for improvement
• You are comfortable managing priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while staying within budget
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to put quantitative concepts into a digestible format
• Fluency in English and German
