Tanaza, Wi-Fi Technology Startup in Milan, is looking for a Web Developer

Tanaza is an IT fast-growing start-up operating in the wireless networking sector; we developed and brought to market a software for Wi-Fi cloud management and we are now serving hundreds of customers in more than 130 countries.

We are currently looking for a precise, responsible and versatile Web Developer to join the company in early 2018.

In this role, you’ll have responsibility for developments on the company’s WordPress and Force.com websites.

You’re right for this role if you have a deep knowledge of WordPress and you want to learn more about developing with Force.com. Effective time management and team-working skills are needed, as you’ll collaborate with multiple departments.

The role implies requires a high degree of autonomy since the very first day, as this is a new role within the company. You will have the chance to contribute with your own ideas for improvement. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and you will work under the technical supervision of Tanaza’s CTO.

Job summary

You will:

• Develop on WordPress, with the goal of improving Tanaza’s WordPress multi-language marketing website
• Implement Google Tags for conversions optimizations, integrating WordPress and HubSpot
• Collaborate with the system administrator to maintain the WordPress websites and apply the latest security updates
• Development for Tanaza’s customer support platform and community https://success.tanaza.com, using Force.com
• Collaborate with design teams to implement InVision projects, and with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices

What we look for… 

• You have experience on WordPress of at least 2 years, preferably with full autonomy of action
• You have extensive understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL
• You know how to edit and customize WordPress themes and you have created child themes in the past
• You have basic SEO knowledge (nice-to-have)
• You can use Photoshop and InDesign (nice-to-have)
• Experience using Google Tag Manager is a strong plus
• Knowledge of English, at intermediate level or higher, is needed. We are sorry but will not consider your application, if you do not speak English.
