Yield Manager (m/f)

• • As Yield Manager you are responsible for providing our direct advertisers the best yield combination. You will therefore be working closely with our supply partners and take part in measuring and optimizing the overall health of our yield.

Your Responsibilities:

• • • You act as a gatekeeper between Trademob’s Ad stack and the Supplier's inventory
    • You expand our network base by recruiting and engaging new traffic sources such as networks, direct publishers, and SSPs
    • You manage and evaluate the current SSP base
    • You optimize pricing and inventory volume explicitly for maximizing revenue
    • You work closely with the Sales team, as well as our Account Management team
    • You define optimization standards, metrics & benchmarks for both internal and client consumption

Your Skills:

• • • 2-4 years experience working in the ad-tech industry, preferably with an SSP, ad exchange, or a publisher
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Numbers-driven and analytical mindset
    • Sound understanding of marketplace supply and demand
    • Strong experience of strategic development and yield
    • Understanding of Programmatic Demand is a plus
    • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
